General Coworking & Space Information
What is coworking?
Coworking is a shared workspace environment where individuals and businesses can work independently or collaboratively.
What types of workspaces do you offer?
We offer dedicated desks, hot desks, and meeting room rentals.
What are your operating hours?
Our standard operating hours are Mon – Sat 09:00am – 08:00pm. Dedicated office members have 24/5 access. Operating Hours are flexible ask for information.
Is there parking available?
Around the street are always available space for free.
Is the space accessible?
Unfortunately, our space is partly accessible to individuals with disabilities.
Membership & Booking
How do I become a member?
You can sign up for a membership online or in person.
What are the different membership plans?
We offer daily passes, weekly plans, and monthly memberships. Please see our “Plans” page for details.
What do I need to book a hot desk or dedicated office?
To complete your booking, please provide a valid identity card or passport for verification purposes.
How do I book a meeting room?
Meeting room can be booked online through our booking calendar or by contacting us directly.
Can I book a meeting room for a few hours?
Yes, we offer hourly meeting room rentals.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the service. Please refer to our terms and conditions or contact us for details.
Can I have a trial day?
Yes, we offer day passes, which allow you to try the space for one day.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes, we provide a 20% discount for university students with valid student identification.
Amenities & Services
What amenities are included?
We offer high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks, printing services, and more. Take a look at About page for more information.
Is there a kitchen or break area?
Yes, we have a lounge area with a minibar, and complimentary refreshments.
Is there a printer/scanner available?
Yes, we provide printing and scanning services.
Is the space secure?
Yes, we have a smart entrance lock and CCTV surveillance.
What kind of internet connection is provided?
We offer a high speed 5G internet connection shared by a Wifi 6+ Access Point.
Are pets allowed?
We love pets but unfortunately no pets are allowed.
Do you offer catering services?
Yes, we offer catering services on demand for meetings, events, and workshops. Please contact us to discuss your specific catering needs and menu options.
Water is drinkable?
Yes, we provide fresh, double filtered water for all members and guests.
Is smoking and vaping allowed?
No, smoking and vaping are not permitted within Bloom Coworking Space, to ensure a clean and healthy environment for all members.
Are illegal substances, weapons, or firearms allowed on the premises?
No. The possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances, weapons, or firearms is strictly prohibited within Bloom Coworking Space. Cognition & Innovation Ltd. assumes no responsibility for any legal obligations or consequences arising from such activities.
Is downloading copyrighted content allowed on your network?
No. Downloading, streaming, or sharing copyrighted content without proper authorization is strictly prohibited on Bloom Coworking Space’s network. This includes, but is not limited to, movies, music, software, and intellectual property.
We are committed to upholding copyright laws and maintaining a secure and legal environment for all our members. Please be aware that any penalties, fines (e.g., as per Greek Law 5179/2025, which can range from €750), or legal obligations imposed by government authorities or rights holders due to a user’s illegal downloading, streaming, or sharing activities on our network will be the sole responsibility of the individual customer. Bloom Coworking Space assumes no liability for such infringements.

Payment & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debits cards. Also Paypal and Revolut payments are available.
When is payment due?
Payment is due by the last day of every month.
Can I pay onsite?
We accept payments onsite upon request. However, we prefer and encourage online transactions for a faster and more convenient experience.
